Social Services

Social Services helps Medicare Beneficiaries apply for the Medicare Savings Programs (MSP). The State will determine if you qualify based on income and assets. Members from the Social Services Unit can assist in filling out the proper forms and submitting the information to the State on behalf of the beneficiary.
