Our sense of purpose is driven by our commitment to provide complimentary transportation assistance to our Medicare-eligible patients in a safe, reliable and compassionate manner. Based on your service area you may receive transportation to and from:

• Primary Care Visit
• Treatment Center ‡
• Hospital (Non-Emergency) ‡
• Specialist Visit ‡
• Physical Therapy ‡

Transportation Types*

Ambulatory

These vehicles are lower to the ground and provide easier patient access for patients who can walk independently or with the assistance of a walker.

Wheelchair Accessible †

These vehicles offer a wheelchair lift for wheelchair-bound patients. We also offer a wheelchair for those patients who do not have one.

Ambulance †

These vehicles are operated by certified EMTs and transport those patients who need a stretcher.
Complimentary transportation assistance is available for Medicare eligible with a medical and/or financial need.
