These free community resource centers support caregivers and those recently diagnosed with debilitating conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, chronic lung disease and heart disease. Leeza’s Places by WellMed feature a warm, living room-like environment where Care Advocates inform caregivers about assistance in the community for those caring for a loved one. Leeza’s Places are a partnership with the Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation.
