Wound Care

WellMed’s Wound Care team are specially trained and certified in treating wounds.

Chronic Wound Care services:

• Traumatic wounds
• Non-healing surgical wounds
• Diabetic wounds
• Venous Stasis Disease
• Arterial Wounds
• Wound VAC evaluations

Ostomy Care:

• Colostomy
• Ileostomy
• Urostomy

A referral is required for Wound Care appointments. Patients are seen at the following locations:

WellMed at Pecan Valley 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

WellMed at Greenway Park 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

WellMed at Northwest 410 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Podiatry must assess all foot wounds prior to wound care team treatment.
