EPO Information
For WellMed employees and their families who are covered by the EPO Plan (Exclusive Provider Organization), this is a Managed Care Plan which means you must use providers who are contracted with the WellMed Employee Health Plan (WEHP). You will have set copayments for services rendered. Please refer to the Provider Directory for more information about our contracted providers.
We have a third party administrator, Benefit Management Administrators (BMA), who oversees the enrollment and claims payment for our members to ensure confidentiality of your personal health information.
