Alamo Caregiver Teleconnection

The Alamo Caregiver Teleconnection is a safe and confidential telephone learning and telephone support program. With just your telephone, persons caring for a loved one can participate in short information sessions on the telephone on a variety or topics designed to help family members provide the best care possible. It also connects family caregivers to others in their same situation, so they can share ideas and concerns.
